Mina from the first phone call was extremely knowledgeable with all of my questions. She already knew about my area and the area 30 minutes away that I wanted to move to. I not only used her to buy my home, but also to sell it. She was averaging five listings a day for my wife and I to checkout until we found our current home. Then upon buying our home she set her focus on the home we were selling. She did a walk through of my home with her boss Greg who gave us a detailed analysis of what we could expect to make from our sale. From that point Mina was calling on an almost daily basis to make sure I was staying on the timeline we discussed with listing my home. She did two walk throughs to give suggestions on what I could update in my old home to secure a higher settlement. Last, Mina was like a friend to my wife, myself and our four year old. We are first time homebuyers and didn't know what we were doing... at all. When we found a house we liked on Zillow, they randomly assigned Greg to us, and we decided to move forward with him as our agent after that one excellent tour! He was very responsive and made a lot of time for us. We were looking a little further away from his typically geographical range, but he never made us feel like a burden. On several days, we wanted to visit 4+ homes in a row, and he made it happen and made it work smoothly. On the tours, he was extremely helpful, letting us take our time and form our own opinions, but also pointing things out from his years of expertise that we otherwise wouldn't have known to notice (or appreciate, or be concerned about!). We felt Greg was helpful, responsive, kind, and capable! We would absolutely choose him again.

CMD Home Group of Exp Realty accomplished a terrific job in selling our building. Its’ principle, Greg Cullison worked tirelessly to get us across the finish line….and this was no easy sell!! The listing was a 125 year old commercial Apt building of 5 units in Baltimore City…and the buyer had been a property owner for only a year or so…Greg came to us initially with 3 or 4 offers which fell through due to technical issues on the buyers’ part and/or too low offers… The last offer came in late July and we signed the contract on August 2nd..local lenders would not touch it and the buyer found a lender who would…in if all places…California!! We settled on December 23rd….almost 5 months after signing the original contract…the lender requested 5 extensions ….3 of them the day before a scheduled closing….they involved such things as wanting a new tenant to sign a 12 month lease after the buyer requested only a 6 month lease, a second review of the appraisal and inability to get insurance in a timely manner… Each time Greg had to reach out to us, explain the situation, and ask us to sign an extension…we communicated early mornings, mid-day and sometimes late into the evenings…he was always accessible. On these calls, you could hear the pain, frustration and apology in his voice….yet he worked with us to facilitate the effort culminating in the sale. If we had another property to list, there’s no question in our minds that he would be our listing agent…

I met Greg early 2016 when we were looking for a house to buy. We left a message for Greg on one of the website we were browsing. Greg called us the following day and scheduled an appointment to meet him to show us some of the new houses in White Marsh area. We told him the prices in White Marsh were outside our budget. He quickly told us we can get similar houses in Joppa at a lesser cost. True to his word we found what we want. He immediately hooked us up with AJ one of the loan officers he uses and as a team they begun to work on the process. We met so many road blocks but it did not deterred them but rather motivated them to put their combined years of experiences behind the process and with God on our side they pulled it off. It was indeed a miracle!!! When it was time to sell my old house I previously put up for rent, I again called on Greg who did not hesitate as usual to put his professional acumen on in order to sell the house as quickly as we want it to be. In this case he arranged a buyer without even listing on the market. Greg got us top dollar for our house. I was happy as well as the buyer.
